让非遗从“被观看”走向“被体验”
From observed heritage to lived experience
《里商曳影》是一款基于杭州淳安县非物质文化遗产“里商仁灯”设计的非遗文创玩具。针对传统仁灯制作周期长、工艺复杂、材料获取困难及应用场景单一等问题，项目在保留其典型结构与核心工艺的基础上，对材料、结构和制作流程进行重新设计，将制作时间由约3天缩短至40分钟，主要工序由7步简化为5步。设计以“参与式非遗体验”为核心，将传统节庆花灯转化为可制作、可互动、可进入日常生活的文化产品，使使用者在亲手完成仁灯的过程中理解其结构、工艺与文化价值，探索非遗从“被观看”到“被体验”的当代传承方式。
Lishang Yeying is an intangible-cultural-heritage toy inspired by Lishang Rendeng, a traditional lantern craft from Chun'an County, Hangzhou. Responding to the long production cycle, complex techniques, hard-to-source materials, and limited settings of the traditional lantern, the project redesigns its materials, structure, and assembly process while preserving its distinctive form and core craft principles. Production time is reduced from approximately three days to forty minutes, and the main process is simplified from seven steps to five. Centered on participatory heritage experience, the design transforms a festival lantern into a cultural product that can be made, played with, and brought into everyday life. By assembling the lantern themselves, participants encounter its structure, craft, and cultural value firsthand, exploring a contemporary mode of transmission in which intangible heritage shifts from something observed to something experienced.

从复杂手工到可参与的制作体验
From complex craft to accessible making
传统仁灯依次经历灯骨制作、绘纸花样、压平、雕刻、拓印晾干、针刺与糊上灯骨。毛竹取材和削制门槛高，操作易伤手；羊油板制版、逐层雕刻及针筷绑扎增加了准备与操作难度，纸面粘贴后也不便修改或更换。针对这些阻碍参与的环节，设计以预裁白卡纸替代竹骨，提供图案卡与自由绘制两种路径，用橡皮章与锥子简化制版和针刺，增加自主上色，并以磁吸灯窗替代固定粘贴。在保留针刺透光特征的同时，将体验重点转向纹样创作、色彩表达与可更换的日常使用。按项目记录，制作周期由约3天缩短至40分钟，主要工序由7步简化为5步。
Traditional lantern making involves building a bamboo frame, drawing motifs, pressing layers, carving, printing and drying, piercing, and pasting the finished paper onto the frame. Sourcing and splitting bamboo can be difficult and risks hand injuries. Tallow-board preparation, layered carving, and binding a needle to chopsticks add complexity, while glued panels are difficult to change. The redesign uses pre-cut cardstock frames, offers supplied patterns or free drawing, simplifies preparation and piercing with a rubber block and an awl, introduces hand coloring, and replaces glued panels with magnetic attachments. Retaining the distinctive pierced-light effect, it shifts participation toward pattern-making, color expression, and interchangeable everyday use. Project records indicate a change from approximately three days to forty minutes and from seven main operations to five.
